As of March, The Tasting Room has launched a brand new dining menu devised by our new Executive Chef Marc Kuchenbecker. Using diverse global influences and local farm ingredients, Kuchenbecker's new seasonal menu features an expanded selection of all-new entrées and a fresh array of imaginative small plates and desserts-as well as a renewed selection of cheeses and charcuterie.

In the exciting month of April, we want to celebrate the diverse and tantalizing wines of the Iberian Peninsula. Join us as we explore the many wine regions of Spain and Portugal through the distinctive indigenous grapes and wine styles that have enticed taste buds for centuries.

Learn how Spain saved the European wine industry from complete ruin in the 19th century. Find out why Port is so famous and how the different Madeira wines garnered their names. Taste the difference in Tempranillos from La Mancha and Rioja. Find tasty value in Portuguese table wine.

 

This is an area of passion for many oenophiles and we want you to understand why we get excited about the Iberian Peninsula!
